A Youth Legacy Rooted Here

SYANA traces its roots to Windsor, Ontario, where S. Kuldeep Singh and B. Arminder Kaur began Sikh youth programs in 1968. These programs eventually developed into the Sikh Youth Alliance of North America.

The Sikh Youth Symposium is a SYANA youth program involving Sikh learning, public speaking and discussion/debate.

  1. Sikh youth programs began in Windsor, Ontario, with S. Kuldeep Singh and B. Arminder Kaur.

  2. In 2015, Gurdwara Khalsa Prakash in Windsor hosted the SYANA Sikh Youth Symposium, bringing Sikh youth together through Sikh learning, public speaking, discussion and debate.
